I get this. And then the body gets too tired to release the tension, and mind and body almost can't move. I need to go for a walk in the sun. ❤️

You say: "I am thoroughly permeable." I say: "I have the skin of a frog." Frogs are affected by pollution, and my body is polluted by the world. Everything gets in. That means the light gets in, too. I've been learning for the past 20 years to set boundaries: for Hamas and Israel, for Ukraine, for suffering animals. I have to block it out; it's pollution, and it keeps dimming the light.

Looks like you've found a way to stop certain things from getting in by blocking your social media. That's a great and necessary step.
